Aqua Akko is a scent-scape of one of the oldest cities in the world, and its vibrant and diverse history and geography. Akko is a tiny peninsula, with a historic Phoenician port adjacent to the Na'aman river, which is where the manufacturing of glass was invented - certainly a technology that had a significant impact on civilization, enabling to store and transport delicate liquid and ephemeral substances, including medicine and perfume.
As one enters Akko's ancient souk, a mishmash of (not-necessarily agreeable) fragrances permeate the air: The scent of fragrant herbs such as spearmint and dill is lately overpowered by the briny, metallic odour of freshly caught fish laid to rest on piles of ice, rapidly overshadowed by thick smoke of olibanum, myrrh and apple-y shisha tobacco that permanently overcast the city's ancient cobblestoned alleys, polished by many feet and fingers of thousands of years of pedestrians of all ages. Add to that the usual Souk aromas of various spices, Baharat, roasted coffee, baklava, rosewater and nana-tea, sweat of passersby, stale urine in hidden corners, and the feeling that we're a continuous lively human thread from the time of ancient trade of sugar, glass, incense and spice. What makes Akko's souk unique is certainly the sea breeze and fish on offer, an odd combination which I was determined to compose together in a a way that would be simultaneously intriguing and as harmonious as possible. The result is certainly intriguing and very difficult to categorize!

Arabian-inspired luxury incense form of our Razala perfume: These are sandalwood and oud chips (infected Aquillaria species), that are infused by Razala perfume. Bakhoor incense can be burnt on charcoal to release fragrant smoke meant for perfuming one's robes, hair and even stationary. But it is best to enjoy this precious incense using an incense heater, which is not only longer lived, but also will show the multilayered nuances of both the perfume and the precious wood that was soaked with it.
Razala, the perfumer's Arab nick-name, is a passionate, modern love potion. Razala pulsates with vibrant, colourful spices, petals of seductive flowers, precious resins and woods of Arabia. This is also our first perfume to include the scarcest building block: beach-harvested ambergris, creating a sheer veil of smoothness and an underlining raw animalic energy.

Ayala's famous truffles spark the imagination with their surprising flavour combinations, using pure essential oils and exotic extracts to flavour them. These truffles are the real deal, hand-rolled the old-fashioned way, melt in your mouth, while bursting with flavour.
Ayala's truffles are freshly made once a month, or upon request. This is a seasonal item - only available in the winter due to its perishable nature. Please inquire about flavours availability. This is a custom order for a full batch of truffles, made of 400gr dark (70%), milk or white chocolate (which makes at least 40 truffles). Truffles can be kept refrigerated up to 2 weeks or frozen up to 1month. Serve in room temperature. Shipping via courier is mandatory.

Luxurious and enlightening Orange Blossom Soliflore. “May Zohar” (Zohar Water or “water of enlightenment”) are the common name for orange flower water in the Middle East. The fresh and subtly sweet scent of orange blossoms is equally floral and citrusy, like the spring in an orchard in full bloom.
