Ayala's famous truffles spark the imagination with their surprising flavour combinations, using pure essential oils and exotic extracts to flavour them. These truffles are the real deal, hand-rolled the old-fashioned way, melt in your mouth, while bursting with flavour.
Ayala's truffles are freshly made once a month, or upon request. This is a seasonal item - only available in the winter due to its perishable nature. Please inquire about flavours availability. This is a custom order for a full batch of truffles, made of 400gr dark (70%), milk or white chocolate (which makes at least 40 truffles). Truffles can be kept refrigerated up to 2 weeks or frozen up to 1month. Serve in room temperature. Shipping via courier is mandatory.

Tea Truffles - These are made of cream infused with tea, and cut into squares or diamonds. Ask for availability, our favourites are truffles infused with Oolong or Earl Gray teas.
White Chocolate Truffles (rolled in powdered coconut cream to keep their pale complexion):
