Join Ayala for a series of fun and interactive, hands-on workshops integrating theory and practice of olfactory and culinary arts. Learn how to create perfumed products and beautifully flavoured foods with essential oils, floral waters, fresh spices and herbs. These workshops have no pre-requisites, except that you must sign up and pay in advance to reserve your spot, as spaces are extremely limited. Most classes and workshops are held at Ayala Moriel Parfums studio, and have spaces for 6 students. Group booking is most recommended if you want to ensure the workshop you're interested in will run at the date of your choice. Enfleurage is a labour-intense art form, in which the scent exhaled by living flowers is captured and preserved. It is one of the most rewarding projects, that once you understand the principles of, you could set off on your own to extract from many fragrant flowers, and truly connects you to the earth, the seasons and the beautiful world of scent.
An Enfleurage Mini-Course via Zoom includes three one-hour sessions in which we'll learn the principles of preparing traditional yet vegan enfleurage, extraction and also two less known methods of capturing flowers beauty for years to come.

Using visualization and accessible techniques to assist perfume designers in their creative process and brief development. In this online event, we will discover how to utilize simple, everyday techniques and technologies such as phone photography, inspiration boards, journaling and more to help boost your creative process in the realm of olfactory arts.
During the workshop, Ayala will demonstrate through case studies, how she uses visual tools in her creative process of fragrance development, from inspiration and brief development, copy writing and marketing.
Participants will also experience some of these techniques through interactive exercises using simple, everyday materials and tools.
