Learn how to make scented chocolate truffles with fine chocolate base and precious floral essences. We will be making two types of truffles (white or milk based, and dark chocolate base). The aroma of the chocolates will be chosen from Ayala Moriel's tried and true original flavourings, for example: Guilt (Orange Blossom), Blood Truffles (AKA Roses et Chocolat), Espionage, Charisma and White Potion. At the end of the class, you will be taking them home with you to share with loved ones (or not…).

Inspired by our Charisma perfume, these charismatic truffles are made of smooth white chocolate and organic heavy cream flavoured with Japanese matcha powder, spearmint, jasmine, litsea cubeba and kewda hydrosol. Enjoy your Charisma Truffles with our Charisma tea, green teas such as sencha or Moroccan Mint Tea, or a glass of sake. Our truffles are freshly made once a month, or upon request. Tea Truffles - These are made of cream infused with tea, and cut into squares or diamonds. Ask for availability, our favourites are truffles infused with Oolong or Earl Gray teas.
White Chocolate Truffles (rolled in powdered coconut cream to keep their pale complexion):
