Ras El Hanout is a complex Moroccan spice blend, consisting of the best spices available at the shop (literally, the name in Arabic means "Head of the Shoppe". Our Ras El Hanout is made in house by Ayala Moriel, using 24 spices that were carefully selected and finely ground, from the world's finest and most exotic ones imaginable. This blend is famous for its spicy and floral, complex aroma. May be used to add a spicy perfumery twist to both sweet and savoury dishes, i.e.: add a pinch of Raw El Hanout to Chocolate Truffles or Brownies; to pickled lemons, Couscous stews and any Tagine dishes, and our favourite summer picnic staple - Mograbieh & Legume salad with Ras El Hanout & Pickled Lemons.
The tea interpretation of Charisma is so realistic you will be convinced you are drinking the perfume. Premium jasmine green tea is perfumed in the fhe ancient Chinese tradition by layering wilted green tea leaves with fresh jasmine sambac flowers. The flowers are replaced with fresh ones several times until the tea leaves are utterly fragrant. Organically grown and handpicked lemon verbena and spearmint from Ayala's home village in northern Israel add a pure and refreshing lift; and osmanthus blossoms add a round floral-apricoty finish. Charisma tea will transport you to a dewy herb garden at sunrise, the perfect spot to sip your tea! The tea is packaged in our new large tea tin, and can be re-steeped up to 4 times. You will be able to make as many as 300 tea cups from this tin!
Inspired by our Charisma perfume, these charismatic truffles are made of smooth white chocolate and organic heavy cream flavoured with Japanese matcha powder, spearmint, jasmine, litsea cubeba and kewda hydrosol. Enjoy your Charisma Truffles with our Charisma tea, green teas such as sencha or Moroccan Mint Tea, or a glass of sake. Our truffles are freshly made once a month, or upon request. Please inquire about flavours availability. This is an order for a full batch of truffles, made of 400gr white chocolate (which makes at least 40 truffles). Truffles can be kept refrigerated up to 2 weeks or frozen up to 1month. Serve in room temperature.

At long last, our cult fragrance Espionage is also available in a drinkable form. At the core of this tea is Lapsang Suchong - a traditional pine-smoked black tea from China. To smooth out the tannin flavour and make the aroma even more Espionagesque, we've added vanilla beans, musk seeds, orris root and a hint of juniper berries to bring in a tad of evergreen, gin-like sparkle.
